This book is soooo good. Gives me Fruits Basket vibes with its silece of life, trauma confrontations, and character development. Really love this author. I’ve been lucky to watch her grow. This book really captures emotion. Writing the kind of feelings people in hard situations battle with. She really writes Phoebe as a relatable character. And Taeyung has just the right balance of toxic and growth. He starts off a little rough around the edges. The way the author writes his growth is amazing to see. I like that he grows, not because she forced his change, but because he wanted to be better, he took the initiative and did the work. He confronts his own trauma and demons. I can’t wait for the chapters where she finally says yes!

Of course why would you have shoes? That would make it easy.

Just started this. Reading the first book at same time. Very happy. The first book shows Violet as soft. This one shows Violet is tuff. And Odettr sounds super strong. Love that. Good story can’t wait to keep reading.

I’m so glad I am reading first novel too. Violet so different here wow. So soft now so evil.
