I don't care about other supes. For this ability to work, the character has to stand still in one place. The supes he killed can't even be compared to Homelander's power set. If the writers hadn't done such terrible power scaling, setting off a small-scale explosion in front of a guy who takes two seconds to fly into space wouldn't matter one bit.

The only thing the chest blast does is erase the effects of Compound V. Honestly, it shouldn't normally affect someone like Homelander, who can fly and reach supersonic speeds...

If you like villain MCs, my new fic is actually going to be a The Boys fic too, and I've done a lot more planning for it. I think you're gonna love it, give it a shot if you want
