Ohh it’s great, the timer. It means I don’t have to write everyday everyday. That got rough after the first 90. I release my chapters the same time everyday too. I’m basically writing it in the order you see it. Sometimes I go back and change up things on review, add stuff and the like. But the idea of writing a chapter before I got to it sounds awful to me. By the time I get to things everything has moved around from my orginal plan, or something fit together so well I can’t ignore it. I’d have to rewrite it anyway. I have something I’m working towards, but I’m not sure how to make it do it yet. It not exactly an event but an experience…it’s hard to explain without spoilers. I used to write more like that, with like an outline and chapter by chapter stuff, but I kept getting stuck. (I would say the writing is probably better but I also took a month to write one chapter, at that pace this would be entire lifetime already.) Or more like I wanted it perfect and it just wasn’t coming out that way. (Still isn’t lol.) This one was actually me going hey don’t do that this time. My daily writing goal has somewhat become my obsession with this thing. Because there is so much more to do.
I did reply though, I just didn’t see it quickly. 99.9% of my comments are bots. So I don’t check my comments daily. I use a timer and set like 10 chapters at a time. I don't write on this app. I appreciate anyone who reads, I wasn’t sure anyone still was. I didnt mean to upset you. Thank you. My one fan. 😇
Thanks. it’s get weird and fun. I really wanted to focus on staying away from certain things. But eventually you end up hitti by some tropes regardless of what you do I feel. I definitely don’t want it to feel that the people are there for no reason. I am a firm believer that most if not all characters should have realistic jobs for the world. That damn squirrel…
I mean my insta is the same @dank_mephesto
And my characters definitely surprise me.
The thing is I was thinking hard about changing the POV, and doing a back story. As Layla, until now. (In the story.) But it felt like too much in head in the end. Like a big info dump. And then Harvey came…and a lot of things worked bringing him along somehow. Generally speaking I have scenes and bigger events I lead to, and they will change. I write everyday. You really can’t plan it all. I have a bit of a method about that, and how they layer. I know what will happen, but I’m not exactly sure ’how it will happen’ a lot. I don’t want to forget about that horrors, actually affect people, and sometimes randomly.
Thanks for reading!!! There is a chapter, I actually was just writing that sort defines a lot of what and why Kurt is the MC. Kurt’s already made a lot of choices that conflict him. Even choices he wasn’t aware of.
Thank you soooo Much!
That’s always a little tough. But I definitely decided on this work my magic system was going to be at least to begin with soft, and numerous. I generally try to keep to the rule the reader only knows as much as Kurt the POV/MC knows. Which is usually not a lot. Thanks for reading. I have more coming, daily releases.
Yo I appreciate all of these little edits. Thank you for reading and taking the time. I am fixing them. I hope you are enjoying yourself. Thanks again.
