I think it’s definitely the right move tho. Only thing he’s really leaving behind are his two friends and I have a feeling at least Mitra will eventually join him on the island. Damian’s work w Lindy as an assistant was really the best parts of it imo and those will continue but with Damian on less of a leash and with less to hide.

Altered are like beast and cannot be turned. Similar to when he tried to turn the rookie champ but couldn’t. Also, I’m pretty sure werewolf attacks are buffed against beast so although his bite might eventually heal, he’ll still feel pain in it whenever he’s close to a werewolf.
