Technically, it can be said that the descendants of the Kaslana family carry the legacy of MANTIS modifications, since the Kaslana bloodline originated from a MANTIS. (However the term βMANTISβ is usualy used for people who personally underwent meta-morph surgery.) In a broad sense, you are correct β Bianka does possess inherited MANTIS. But I'm also correct, because Bianka herself never underwent MANTIS surgery

The descendants of the Kaslana family did not personally undergo meta-morph surgery. Kaslana genes β MANTIS surgery. Bianka awakened Stigmata, but she is not the result of meta-morph surgery like Kevin or other MANTIS.
