If it says magnitude , then there should be like current is 100 and gods era is say 100000 or whatever , but when the difference goes far beyond that they just say it is a dimension of difference... Like say you are 2 dimensional being.. if there is a magnitudal distance between two points , then you can reach it , even if the time or effort is not physical possible but if the point is in another plane... even if it is say 1 unit , you can never hope to touch that
