it says here Prince Wilhelm II but I think it should be Emperor Wilhelm II
I like reading this. But just for consistency purposes, the Byzantines as we call them today, did not refer to themselves as Byzantines. The Byzantine Empire is actually the Easter Roman Empire, and thus, they refer to themselves as Romans. It was a bit painful to read as these Byxantine characters were referring calling the Romans, where in fact they are really the continuation of the Romans and they continued to refer themselves as Romans. I think even the Ottoman Turks refer to them as Romans. Only the West do not call them as Romans, but they called them Greeks or the Empire of the Greeks at that time. They did this because there was an entity back then known as the Holy Roman Empire which based mostly in Germany. The West treated this as the successor of the Roman Empire rather than accepting the Eastern Roman Empire or ,Byzantine Empire as we call them now, as the successors of the Romans. I think it would be just good to incorporate this but I guess it would be hard. You can do a bit more research so you can confirm that what I said was right. Unless that this is as translation?
he king arthur jr and his father is king arthur III? im not even gonna read this for this very wrong technicality on naming kings
I hope you are reading the comments. I have been reading a few chapters of this and would like to say that back then, people do not call themselves Byzantine. It was a term made by western historians. The people and their culture, they refer to themselves as Romans. The West called them Greeks or the Greek Empire, but the people in Byzantine called themselves Romans or Roman Empire. It would be good if you could include that in your writing.
