    The story seems to be the common tale where demons are bad and hated by all the other races. The demons in this novel are just humans with extra parts, and the fear around them seems to stem from irrational fear combined with stories told over generations. It seems conflicts in the story never boil down to good vs evil. But has some hidden depths. The schemes and power plays done by those at the top are unknown since there are only four chapters as of now. 4/17/2025 Yet, the book is pretty good at the rate it's going down.
