Roxy's children are always fated to be the factor of taking down hitogami. in every time loop Roxy lives a single life and Orsted fails each and every time, until Rudeus or in this case Leon is born and falls in love with Roxy thus giving birth to Roxy's children thus leading to hitogami's demise. and as for the reason why hitogami speaks to rudeus is prolly because of the original reason, hitogami simply finds Rudeus due to teleportation incident
