I don't understand if it's me or if everything's moving too fast in such a way that things are beginning to have a dramatic ring, or tone to it instead of the seriousness I'm supposed to imagine and feel when I'm reading what's happening. Like,when did he even arrive here?

To remind people like me who have forgotten most of the characters in this book, i suggest you drop their descriptions from time to time.

And honestly speaking, I've forgotten who is who.

I see someone is back. And I really would love to continue reading this novel but it's discouraging considering You the author, loves going on very long breaks. And there's nothing I hate more than suspense in novels.

I can see she took after her grandma in that aspect perfectly.
