they arent helping him go to the city he is simply accompanying them to the city

i took your advice and decided to slow down the time line a bit and add a bit of character interaction

with the mc not encountering anyone is that i am kinda afraid of writing character interactions and getting the personality of the character wrong

thats one of my main problems with pacing of my story but the other factor was that i every ss fic i have read is stuck on the forgotten shore and i wanted to do something different
