Those 2 elders are still living their best life. In Boruto they have more influence than the Hokage himself. And Sasuke on the other hand is just another dog of Konoha. He works as a dog for the very people who order the massacre of his clan

also if you wanna write a sunny and merciful MC then just write a novel with some other titles.You put grand names like "dark magus returns" and then proceed to write a story with naive MC. Also remove the Dark tag from this, it's clearly misleading
