whats with this one chapter update

I just spent £8.99 to purchase coins and lost 388 coins for wanting to read chapters in advance, which were not updated.

I have been charged for update chapters in advance and there were no upda te chapters to read. How do I get my money, tokens or bunus back? This is not the first time.

What the hell is this writer doing? Trying to confuse readers? Please correct this page for future readers.
