gilgamesh as the wise king dont use ea, its not that he cant use it at its strongest form, he just dont use it at all. after his return from his immortality journey its said that gilgamesh no longer has any worthy opponents aside from death. this can be interpreted as his wise form is the strongest of all 3 form, but its also the most merciful of them all. ea is by no mean a good weapon for a merciful wise king, the destruction it dose to everything around it is unrepairable somthing the wise king would avoid. also ea is the only weapon that gilgamesh didnt allow it to be passed even thought at the time it was the only weapon capable of contending with the beasts. from this perspective gil kinda see ea as more dangerous to the world than the beasts.
