It would boost their capability back in MHA World, the only threat their have to deal with is AFO, LOV & MHA version of Ultron which i hope is not Dangerous and Unpredictable as the MCU ones. 2. Tony & Melissa could really advances their Civilization with what their just acquired, the only threat to their vision is a Rich Greedy pigs, Quirkists Secret Organization like the MLA (just created a Quirkless Bomb and detonated on Deika City, that way Re-Destro along with his goons and Fanatics will feel the exact same pain and suffering as the other Quirkless did in Japan), Quirkless Militia's (Most can be convinced to join Tony in his Endeavor to modernized the World) and the QRC (KKK/Neo Nazi version of MHA, just find Ghostrider and ask him/her to use 'The Penance Stare' on them or better yet just turn them into things they despite the most) 3. I wonder if there's any Sorcerers Supreme in MHA, maybe went Ancient One Died in MCU. She's would be resurrected in MHA, since her still retain her Knowledge & Wisdom. She could join Tony as the Avengers of MHA.
