The dynamic between Lin and Ruan is what really keeps me hooked. He's the ordinary guy thrown into this terrifying world, and she's the cool and collected fortune teller who seems to know more than she lets on. Their banter is fun, and their growing bond amidst all the horror is heartwarming.

the book immediately takes you into a horror film only by reading it's intro. it's truly amazing.
