Actually, Issei is rarely used these days, but I see new fanfics about reincarnating as Riser being released every couple of days, though.

The main character (MC) is unlikeable from the start. I don't mind a pervert MC, but this MC is generic, childish, and selfish. He already has plans to collect girls and sees the world as his oyster, which is disappointing.
