I mean I can try but as a reader I like to have the view and feel like it's happening to me. From my perspective descriptions make you feel and understand the story more. I could be wrong though 🤷‍♂️

Well he's from the future. Penicillin is probably the most famous and most advanced/useful drug of the time. We all heard of Penicillin once in our lives. I know completely how it was discovered for example so it's realistic Nicholas would also have heard of the most successful and lifesaving drug of the century.

Of course it isn't. Lenin was the one who united the Bolsheviks though. Not that it might not happen in the future, but it's a bruef respite and relief for Nicholas who probably saw their faces on his nightmares haha
