The girls have to see the characters in-universe to cosplay as them. So someone from Krypton 30+ years ago wouldn't be known. Political characters such as Hippolyta or Mera would not be cosplayed. It would be like someone deciding to cosplay as the Queen of England. Lois Lane is a reporter, not a cosplay-appropriate character for a skin restaurant based on Metas. Mary Marvel and Wonder Woman being on the Teen Titans could potentially be options for Future Superbabes, but I'd still have to create a entirely new character for the role, so I do that sparingly nowadays.
