They have a bit of different plots. The novel had ML and FL grow together and end up together. While the manhwa ML grew alone and somehow ended up with FL, when she appeared like 5 times in every hundred chapters. And there was no romance to begin with. I was very worried for the manhwa because in the novel ML and FL ended up together through hardships together. So seeing how they're together in the manhwa, made no sense. There was zero romance between them that I thought FL was a side character. The illustrators probably didnt read the novel and just forced ML and FL together at the end. Everyone in the comment section was mad and started hating on poor FL. They should have changed the ending to something else, since they didnt show them being romanticly in love in the manhwa. Sorry for rambling. I'm just so invested when it comes to romance.
