I have never seen blood manipulation work on other people's blood. Only on the blood of the user. Choso is a death painting therefore can turn his Curse energy in to blood. So no to being able to take the serum from MC blood. But MC is immune to all poisons and toxins , + RCT so MC will be immune to Choso poisonous blood.

Villains were thrown off by the domain expansion lasting two days.. so they changed the ambush spot from inside the forest to the pickup point outside the forest. That was their mistake. Their planning did not account for MC keeping the domain open for 2 days. By the time MC walked back he had recovered his CT. MC CE texture is explosive kind of like Kashimo CE has an electric texture. Hakari Curse energy has a texture like sandpaper. CE texture/type is different. MMm... Lords Paramounts need King's permission to give land previously owned by another lord but Maybe they can give unoccupied land and raise someone to lordship... I am not sure. But Stannis does not make Davos a lord until after he declare's himself King. In the books i have seen a lot of titles given and taken in the Name of Tommen but never done by any High lords.
