The female lead isn’t the usual clever, manipulative, flawless transmigration heroine. She’s immature, impulsive, spoiled, and incredibly naive. Honestly, she hardly develops at all throughout the story. But at the same time, she’s sweet and lovable, unintentionally funny, genuinely kind, and so painfully sincere that you can’t help feeling bad for her. The male lead is written as this perfect guy, but there were moments when he treated her badly or failed to defend her in front of others, and that genuinely annoyed me. Still, unlike the heroine, he actually shows some growth and eventually realizes where he went wrong. I don’t think I’ll continue reading because I just don’t feel any character development from the heroine. She makes me feel protective of her and sympathetic toward her, but not truly interested in her as a character.
he is like that only to you my dear
