The random gacha only spits out modern ship of any nations, but other era ships can be introduced through the usual special banners of gacha, But at the moment, I don't consider bringing in ships from different eras, since I would find it hard for them to integrate greatly into fleets with their different naval doctrines. For the next question, yes, he would gain nuclear ballistic missiles if the warship is equipped with it.
