It's funny how illogical upscaling gonna to include a small town-level character in a mountain - continental level battle. He's in a world with different natural laws, with many restrain to using his full power. He wouldn't be able to use any techniques other than lightning manipulation or his innate curse techniques without breaking the world's laws cuz mha different than jjk. He's not manipulating natural electricity that follows basic physics, but a manifestation of lightning's nature. His curse energy resembles lightning, not that he uses lightning, so he should be limited by conventional electricity usage. It's a shame the writers chose a low-tier character with such a bad initial nerf. I can see you either making him use JJK's rationality in MHA, giving him a system, or making some ridiculous adjustments or cheat like Baki's narrator just to maintain the MC superiority. unfortunately the author actually lowers the quality of his own story, awkward background and complicated useless relationships while limiting the freedom of MC growth. good start but as time goes on the MC is not a free character who naturally grown his own story, he more like a puppet of the author who force life dilemma with lots of cheap description and interspersed with the main dead weight OC as a forced family. unfortunnately
