These latest developments put Devian in a rather difficult spot. He lost the bid to the land (something he has spent so much time and effort on), gave the impression that he also lost the fight and his mate to Keith, and lost his allies. While the whole world turned upside down around him, he let some scheming members of his pack go unscathed. Additionally, contrary of being a former playboy, it seems that he is the only one who treated the concept of mated bound seriously. Perhaps it’s time for him to focus more on his pack and be the Alpha they need. 😔

I sensed a profound loneliness and sadness from both characters. My heat felt for Henry, for he only has anger and hatred to anchor himself to this world. For Ken, even though he seems to be surrounded by friends and riches, their feelings for him, with an exception of his dear old grandma, are somewhat superficial. No one understand his power or sympathize the curse it brought along. And the only person seems to understand his predicament happened to be Henry. I wish their relationship deepens and bring them a bit of solace in this tourmaulous world.

The story is fascinating, but one can’t help but wondering how on earth did Devian become a mafia king and survived through all these years, for he has 1) poor judgment in characters (keeping and entrusting questionable characters such as the scheming & disloyal butler and the insidious family pests such as Metilda so close to him), 2) has no trustworthy right hand man like Jael or even a proper body guard to stand by his side, and 3) lacks either will, or power, or ability to enforce laws and discipline around his own household. 😔

It is a beautifully drawn comic book. My first glimpse of the book cover made me wary and gave me the impression of messy relationships; however, I was soon overcome by the charms of the characters - their innocence, their tragic stories, their devotion, and their love - and couldn’t help but be drawn deeply into the book.

Very interesting book and I would really want to read more. However, after have unlocked up to 80 chapters , I can’t no longer unlock any additional chapters - system errors. Just wish this problem could be fixed.

What is the gender of the MC? I am truly confused.

I absolutely love this comic book. The physical attraction between the two leads, be that on and off screen, is palpable and stimulating. Please keep release updates!

Love both characters immensely. Their emotions are raw and beautifully depicted through their different view points. Can’t wait to see their relationship develops and deepens.
