I think of it more as Sir Forsythe trying his best not to make Cass think that he's the problem. It feels off because it is a little off. The man has rolled with the punches well for so long, but there is bound to be a snag somewhere. He was there when Cassian was born (not mentioned anywhere else, but it is true). He knew his birth parents, got to see how everything tore the family apart. He has looked out for the tiny guy, even when Cassian was hissing, cursing him out, throwing things at him. He couldn't even get mad at him because how could he? He would behave the same way if he was put in his shoes. Sir Forsythe has also, in the same way, gotten to be at Cass' side too. Watch him grow, change, discover things about himself and Sir Forsythe has been with him through those moments too. He's been watching what he thought was just Cassian get better, find out the truth, while also knowing that he was hiding something. So, while it's a bit bitter to acknowledge, yeah, Sir Forsythe does need to know that Cassian isn't completely gone. That the little boy that he wanted to save was able to make it out to the end. That he was going to be able to get the good sides after living through hell. He doesn't hate Cass, considers him Cassian, but he did need some assurance. A little bit of comfort, and some time to come to terms with what had happened. He's probably never going to bring it up ever again after this moment and after he sat with it. He knows that Cass is Cassian and vice versa now, so there is no need to think about it further. Hope that helps.
Hell, it started here. The curse followed him to the capital and back.
Glass cannon babyyyy
They are something, that is for sure.
Brent thought it was someone from the Guild, not the Woods.
No, his emotions got the better of him and he said something in anger. It happens sometimes, and he will be apologising for it later :)
This is true, but they are relying heavily on the fact that they are trying to keep how many fairies are coming in and out of the estate a secret. They'll be able to keep it up for a while as well because even though there are several groups that are keeping an eye on them, they don't know enough about fairies to pick them out properly. The fairies are going to play into that too.
