Nope, but when he takes control of them, he can use his own abilities alongside those of the clones. That said, he'll need time to grow accustomed to wielding his clones' abilities, and he won't be able to use them to the same extent the clones themselves can. His clones were created using his soul as a blueprint, with a fragment of divinity implanted into each of them. They are essentially versions of himself, each built around specific attributes tied to a particular bloodline. As for his own abilities, which ones function properly, and how effective they are, may vary depending on which clone he is inhabiting. For example, using a death-based ability while inside Shadow would be a natural fit, but attempting the same inside another clone with no affinity for death might still work, just with reduced effectiveness or some friction along the way.
