I simply like to read. If I feel enthralled and motivated enough I might leave my thoughts.

Hello Author, I would like to share my thoughts on the story. However, the more I thought, the harder it became. I think I’m going to let more of the story develop and come back when I have a better understanding. I just wanted to leave a form of encouragement to keep going and continue your work!
Me every chapter
I would assume a connection with another woman of power, either platonic or romantic. Time will tell?
I was curious what the dynamic was going to be with the kid. I have been answered lol. Now I wait for how the dragon girl will play out. I’m thinking it’ll prob be something like gaining favor of the dragons for saving the girl. Leading to the dragons helping save the world using the girl as a medium between the two factions. At least that’s my current theory.
You think you are so sly with this one lmao.
I merely expressed how I felt after reading. I’m a human with many biases, so my words may not be endowed with factual backing, but just stay passionate in what you enjoy. That’s all I can ever ask for :)
I… I like to be as brutally honest as I can whenever possible. At times, this honesty earns me scornful quips from my partner or reveals my occasional inability to read the room socially. That said, this trait is also what’s causing me to vent the pent-up emotions I now have after catching up on all 359 non-privileged chapters—and even reading a bit into the privileged ones. Unfortunately, I’m just too broke to keep going into the depth of privilege. I have a habit of starting books willy-nilly, with no regard for the burdensome pile of other digital and physical books I still need to start or finish. This book was originally no different from many others: a random spark of interest with no real meaning. I saw it on the home screen of Webnovel one day and thought something along the lines of, “Looks good enough.” To be quite frank, that initial impression held for quite a while. At the time, there were only about 166 chapters available. I read them and came away reasonably satisfied. The premise was interesting, and the world-building was adequate, but nothing truly unique stood out or embedded itself in my mind beyond the average escapist fantasy I tear up. I wouldn’t place it at the level of typical “webnovel fantasy slop,” but it was certainly within that general realm, in my opinion. After that, I let the novel sit and accumulate chapters for many, many months. I came back a few days ago with some free time and roughly 200 chapters to catch up on. I went in with the same expectations as before—adequate and interesting enough, but nothing special. Simply put, I was very wrong. It honestly felt like the author started doing coke and unlocked an entirely new set of writing skills. The story quickly developed into something that genuinely held my attention. While it still employs many standard fantasy tropes, the author transformed this familiar framework into something compelling through their strong ability to develop character depth, interactions, and world-building. There are numerous side plots that are beginning to, if they haven’t already, converge, and the world-building is shining brighter than most stars. I will admit—I’m a sucker for good world-building. Not only is the world becoming increasingly interconnected, but the depth of both the characters and the narrative has grown exponentially. The characters’ personalities and interactions feel natural and authentic—not forced, not merely serving to move the plot along, and not as though they were simply written into existence. They feel like they are actually there, and their actions align with who they are. Their emotions feel real. Now, don’t get me wrong—this is still a story with plot armor and an absurdly overpowered main character. But that doesn’t invalidate the quality of the writing surrounding it. I found myself immersed in each chapter, constantly wanting more. Now that I no longer have a backlog to fall back on, I’m left with a lingering emptiness—which is exactly why I wanted to share my thoughts. I genuinely believe this book deserves a chance from any webnovel enthusiast. Yes, it leans into many familiar stereotypes, but it executes them well enough that they’re easy to forgive—and even enjoy. I may not be able to offer truly constructive criticism, as writing has never been my strongest skill—I’m far better at consuming it. Still, I hope this review, and the way this story made me feel—the joy, the immersion, and the desire for more—is enough to help keep you motivated to continue both this work and your passion as an author. I’ve said it in different ways in other reviews, but I’ll say it again here: create for the joy of creating, not simply because you can. Sincerely, Koix
Happy holidays. Enjoy the gift :). I’m broke now so i will be back to lurking for a long while, just know ill be reading every chapter.
Constructive*🤦
I’m not the best at the technical linguistics with pacing, plotting, and so on, leaving me to not be able to give you proper contrastive criticism on that. I will say however, that it felt very good to read ! Keep up the good work :)
