This is biased thinking from a reader perspective. Iris is smart but not batman-smart. She doesn't know who the flash is, how he operates or even his gender. All she has is intuition. For all she knows, the flash has hacked the police communications and that's why he can solve the cases as quick as he does. She wouldn't suspect Barry actually since he was supportive in the blog of the flash and didn't do any weird actions that is contrary to his usual personality. In fact she believe he is the one most interested in the flash because of what happened to his mother. Instead she will feel shocked and betrayed Barry didn't tell her he is the flash. Even in the show when Barry was acting suspicious as hell and was inconsistent to his usual personality she didn't find out he was the flash until the end of the season and that Barry was awful at hiding secrets.

As an idea: Things as simple like a strong will can also force spiritual qi to compress might also be an option. Strong will can control spiritual qi better and a strong body would be needed to ensure the meridians don't burst from the strong spiritual qi but that needs someone like a returnee who once had a strong cultivation or sth like that to be able to pull it off.

True. Impurities are not that difficult to solve and would not prevent foundation to be re-established and making it stronger. So it has to do with the quality of spiritual qi. It seems spiritual qi must only be able to compress and increase it's quality during ascensions from one major realm to another. So if there is a material or miraculous technique that allows you to do that function regardless then it would qualify as an exception

I am glad you figured it out. Consulting advice from 1-2 people who know their stuff is OK and might be helpful. But trying to consult from the general public who know very little is just asking for trouble.

Yeah I understood no problem. But it then begs the question, why golden core quality is affected so much if things like foundation building pill was used. Is it because of the impurities or is the cultivation techniques flawed not removing something harmful from the medicine that impacts the Golden core quality or sth else? These questions need to be considered because the magical items that can increase a golden core quality will need to be able to solve these issues to prove why it helps making a supreme golden core. Example, I believe the purple qi can definitely increase a golden core quality because, from the story, it's quality is so high, I wouldn't doubt it is rare even in the upper realms.

A minor touch to the plan, you can lure them out with the Silent Cadiaver and have the ones who come out fight the ancestors but let the ancestors feign weakness. Once they see, they have the advantage, that will lure the rest of them to come out and then you can ambush them all at once. Even if one or two stay behind, you can make a show that the ancestors sacrificed themselves to kill the ones lured out and then proceed to plan b and negotiate with others to solve the tree and since there is only a small group left, the Ancestor like Huo Ling, who negotiates with them, can protect themselves in case of a betrayal and can buy the world some precious years of time in the process.

Thanks for the chapter. The conditions for making a supreme golden core surprised me but It makes sense story wise since you want to weed out the geniuses from the others. But I don't get how that make sense in a real cultivation world, don't other things factor in how the golden core is made? Do cultivation techniques not play a factor in making a golden core or are the techniques in this world very advanced and revised by people in the upper realm? Are there no supreme treasures to make a supreme golden core like the purple qi? A real cultivation world has got to have other things and that needs to be explored and introduced. This is just my thoughts on the subject, you can ignore it if you like.
