It is mentioned almost off handedly a couple time but at least till chp 53 I have only seen it mentioned towards his duel spirits.

The quality of this story is nice, good job translator. Small nitpicks though for those wondering about the story 1. Should have the Harem tag (already at 2.5 members by chp40) 2. Mc is a reincarnated hypocrite (Treat me as a partner my personal chef no I will not explain anything to you ever you are just the token human of my pokemon story) 3. Mc is also low key just rude to the trainer not helping them communicate with his fellow pokemon or even just having a conversation with the trainer without being rewarded for it by his system.

I was going to write a longer review but Flash Back Time This kept happening every chapter in at least the first 6 chapters which is all right if it had some space between BUT IT HAPPENED AT MINIMUM 6 CHAPTERS IN A ROW. Otherwise enjoyable will continue reading wish you good fortune author.

A really great story. Kinda slice of life-ish for monster reincarnation. My only problem is since I don't know every monster by name in MH I have to pause and look up what a monster looks like whenever Author doesn't give them a description. Doesn't happen often.

A story where someone actually tries to attack the summoner instead of just the summons. Revolutionary never thought I'd see the day.

Setting everyone back to square one just cause why not. Absolute power move there.

Rating this book is weird mostly because I like it but dislike the mc but not enough to say they are bad. Yes the mc is the type to do almost everything themselves and yes the mc sucks at actually doing what the say there plan is. But they are very human in that way. One thing I don't like is that the mc doesn't know the original story outside broad strokes which wouldn't be bad if that very line wasn't repeated every like 10chapters (3ch's in the beginning) also MC is very one track minded worst case example I can give of this is (number dude Yuusha she needs to gather the numbers she beats him and he has 2 numbers she leaves him to go into the base despite the base not being a time sensitive thing and the numbers having a countdown clock) this is later fixed with a side character dueling Yuusha and her swooping in afterwards to take the numbers and give some cards.

I was just saying because this scene has always been a sore spot since the mc does literally nothing to try and help. No throwing a rock at Lev, no trying to grab the director, not even trying to distract Lev with conversation. So I got a little annoyed when our mc here also did nothing. I will keep reading you've earned that much trust.

I have to ask because at this point it's drop here or keep reading will the story change in any meaningful way. By this I mean will it follow fgo's plot nearly to the letter with the only difference being small changes because the chat. Because while I like FGO's story I hate how inactive the MC is in FGO and if he is going to be just as in active here then I don't find enough enjoyment from the side tangent of pokemon chat.

This story is very enjoyable. But I will point out some facts that make it less so for a fate can. 1 not following the rules of the throne of heros. The best way to describe the throne is a 3d printer it takes a picture of a hero and then 3d prints out the summon. What it doesn't do is override the original each time they are summoned unless they have an ability that stats otherwise I was ok with him learning sign language and that being something he was going to bring with him. What I wasn't was him gaining an ability from his alter that has no relationship to his original story if something changes the spirit origin to much it becomes a different servant. 2. Relationships between servants that didn't meet in there stories mostly the same as the first. The only time it has really been seen is in FGO but that's because the servants stay summoned for more than 1 week here it felt like a shotgun wedding so the the author could justify romance. 3. Evil god aliya and just as evil god the root. In the Nasuverse the evil god route is mostly given to Gaia and Crimson Moon. Aliya doesn't have the power to delete servants because the throne is a part of its deal with Gaia. And contracts need to be made BEFORE a soul gets to the throne. Also when the Root(a none sentient existence that governs time, space, destiny, and existence) wakes up for a second to tell Aliya to shut up it proceeded to threaten out protagonist in almost the exact same way Aliya did meaning nothing changes story wise 4. The throne 80% of this story's problems come from there it is a self defense program made be Gaia and Aliya to summon heros to stop an extinction event and it can barely do that. Yes I know author said this is AU so it just in this universe it does it this way but I'm just rambling out my thoughts for them if they ever do another fate story.
