Sporadically, Death represents the mind’s search for release—an illusion of salvation, peace, and happiness when life’s pain becomes too heavy to bear. In a world where humans and devils exist but are like fire and water, where one must be extinguished or the other must evaporate from the air. Matt Garfield, a thirteen-year-old young man, awakened a D-rank Absorb Talent, known as a trash talent, but it turned out it was just a veil around the cover. He began his journey, but he found out that his talent wasn't what it is, which made him suppress its light, waiting for the right moment to bloom. But the moment never came. With an unexpected betrayal, he found himself in Hell—a dungeon where true hell exists, a place where ancient devils were sealed. At the first level, he was already craving death, food, and freedom. Tortured beyond life, he loved the embrace of death, which was his salvation. Hunger came, and he became its puppet, eating a devil flesh, which was known to be the most lethal poison to humans.
