I think it'd be interesting if a person's goal was to be like the best ever side character? Cause I think that's the path I'd take. I would be able to bully the protag to an extent without becoming a villan and help them enough that they can't imagine me dieing and have to protect me. My only job from then on would be to avoid all my death flags for plot reasons

I would probably go other. Basically I would first publish it as a paper and get all the recognition ect and then further bost my reputation by using myself as a test dummy for this extremely dangerous technique proving it works and further proving my strength to the stupid Blaze family and the world
