Greetings everybody, and thank you for checking out my book. I'm using this as a means of apologizing for the words used and if it's too advanced for your taste. I've got an editor who uses... An auto-edit app- I think? I'm employing British English, because that's what I grew up knowing despite not being from the UK. But I think some sprinkles of American English may find themselves inside as well since my country adapted to that style years ago. Ps- don't forget to vote and ship out love by gifting!

This is touching...
Even though Vivian’s stomach was grumbling, she still carefully climbed up the stool and scooped out a small bowl of congee with a chipped porcelain bowl. She gently blew at the bowl to cool it down and fed the congee, bit by bit, to the unconscious teenager on the bed with a wooden spoon. She was simply too young and lacked the strength to lift her brother up; thus, she could only slowly feed him like this. - Dreamylad3mthCommented

From where I'm from, bunch of thugs protest with axes, guns aren't ignored; just rarely used.
