Hoping Max is short for Maxine and Jerry is short for Geraldine. The latter is an old lady name tho and doesnt suit a mouse. The only Jerry I know irl is the handyman who worked in my house whos a 50+yr old Irishmen whos a heavy drunk 😅

For the plot perhaps but honestly I was worrying it was gonna be a sasuke type moment where they dnt mind if his parents are killed because they can direct his anger towards Yino and use that to manipulate him and get his unwavering support

Really well rounded novel, world fleshed out well, good supporting cast and a likable MC(which i find very difficult to come across here on this app). Great job Dagzo
