no I am not saying villains don't have smt they love, what i am saying is villains are still evil, it's just he mistaked antagonist with the term villain.

and they can not control an information flow of that level

its because of resources that is the only thing u can monopolize,and the other way is making u need a certain identification which u will get from the uni to go on hunting/lvl up not for something as common as this, it's been centuries and their whole world revolves around this, it's like thinking the most common course in the world will only exist in universities, I think u got mixed up the resources with information , this only works in ancient world with sects and stuff, in urban all this copy paste authors, make them monopolize resources like skill books,scrolls,weapons and specially dungeons or realms.

what is mean is this is a worldwide problem and the info is not only secluded for China, I assure u every single info except those known only by the world supreme will be on the internet and that is on our timeline imagine in this kind of world

that is actually rare, the reason is the universities and the government monopolize the resources that's it, such knowledge can not be hidden.
