I found the chapter. It was during/after the final Yuuki Battle (chapter 248). And honestly I personally think the WN has the better explaination compared to LN (I have read both and I do not think one is inferior or above the other. Both had better and worse moments compared to each other). Cause how is a Multiverse Level God that created everything and has infinite energy supposed to be weakened (that he can't even defend against humans) when Lucia conceived his child (cause 50% of infinty is still infinity, albeit a smaller infinity [for those who don't get it watch "Veritasium Differnt Infinities Video on YouTube"]). So yeah the explaination in the WN is "Due to his own lack of foresight however, the very system that he created turned against him. According to the rules he himself made, the love of "god" should be shared equally among all beings, it was never meant to account for loving individuals more than the collective.". Basically Veldanava and lost almost all his power because of himself. BUT Veldanava and Lucia (Milims Mother choose to sacrifice themselves to allow the existence of Milim). Personally I like the WN version more because 1st it makes more sense to me AND it showcases the love of Veldanava & Lucia for Milim even at the cost of their own lives (which I think is very heartwarming despite the sad event [img=recommend]).
