This aspect of Fenrir's Hunger had allowed me to spend...at least twelve hours wandering through the first three floors, slaughtering each and every monster I came across like they stole my car and killed my dog.
"Now, my friend, I'm not Chinese but since you attempted to eat me first, it's only right that I return the favor, no?" I spoke too softly to be heard while looking around, checking for monsters planning to interrupt my meal.
I tapped on the weapon book, and what looked like a technology upgrade screen popped before my eyes. I could still see the outside world though; it was just slightly obscured by the icons in front of me. This reminded me of Sid Meier's Civilization, where each technology tree would have many unlockable abilities.
In it, there was a specific hero he liked a lot, Seongjun Lee, a hero with the ability of infinite return. As the name suggests, the ability allowed him to return infinitely, regardless of the cause of death. The character in the Manhwa considered this ability a curse because it prevented him from dying, trapping him in an endless loop.
I will release a chapter later today, and another chapter again 2 hours after. Please, forgive me for the delay, I will start cooking batch chapters for you guys to enjoy.
"Well… maybe. In any case, since you're awake — welcome back to the land of the living. Congratulations on surviving your First Nightmare, Sleeper Sunless."
A frail-looking young man with pale skin and dark circles under his eyes was sitting on a rusty bench across from the police station. He was cradling a cup of coffee in his hands — not the cheap synthetic type slum rats like him had access to, but the real deal. This cup of plant-based coffee, usually available only to higher rank citizens, had cost most of his savings. But on this particular day, Sunny decided to pamper himself.
