✨️ 🍚✨️EGG FRIED RICE✨️🍚✨️ Items:day old rice(as you like), oil(peanut, sunflower etc can use fat like duck fat), egg(as you like.), onion(as you like and depending on other stuff), Sambal(no western stuff like tomatoe sauce), soy sauce, garlic(as you like.), MSG and leftover cooked chicken (can be use if you like and no vegetables allow without the spring onions). Cooking instructions: 1. Cut the ingredients into pieces similar in size to the rice grains for even cooking. 2. Heat the wok and add oil (peanut, sunflower, or duck fat). 3. Crack the eggs into the wok and scramble them until cooked, then remove and set aside. 4. Add more oil to the wok and sauté the onions and garlic until golden brown, then remove and set aside. 5. Add additional oil to the wok and add the leftover cooked chicken, chopped into rice-sized pieces. Cook until heated through. 6. Add the day-old rice to the wok, along with the cooked onions, garlic, sambal, and a sprinkle of MSG. Stir-fry everything together. 7. Pour soy sauce around the edges of the wok for added flavor. 8. Finally, add the scrambled eggs back into the wok and stir-fry briefly. 9. Garnish with chopped green spring onions and serve hot.
