When I was born into this world I thought that maybe I can keep so many Quincies from dying in the thousand year blood war arc. There are ways that the war could be avoided, but Yhwach didn't think that everything splitting world into the world of the living, soul society and hueco mundo was what the soul king wanted. Hmmm, I can see you're reasoning but you seem to forget a key detail Yhwach gained the memories of a CP0 agent gaining more knowledge about the world government. but other than that Yhwach can simply send out flyers to see who'll join plus it's not like numbers would really much only being workers in Zaegar's words. plus it's only a matter of time before another war starts depending on the decision you and the readers make it could also be avoided if you and the readers didn't decide to try to kill the celestial dragon...
