This novel resembles another novel of secret forces fighting for the greater good., but the MC is at least intentional and aware of his hidden force. There are several other tropes thrown in with minimal development at the relatively small amount of chapters written so far. Given some of the foreshadowing early in the story, this could be a longer story with higher realms. However, the MC progresses quickly in strength with periodic backstories to explain how he obtained his power or powerful subordinates. There are many opportunities for romance, but the ladies are only described in provocative detail with no obvious intention of relationship progression. The story has potential and I am enjoying it so far. Chapter releases have slowed to a crawl, so I will wait until the chapters start rolling out again to pick it up.
