yea you're right, you're probably one of the few reasonable people on here. I get that the resources of one country might not be able to do what the MC did but it makes more sense than all the countries believing one dude when he says the world is gonna end, heck I'm surprised his own country believed him but I'll have to read to find out. Also the manga "Cheolsu saves the world" is probably the most accurate depiction of this type doomsday saviour genre without the superpowers except the fact that he can regress every time he fails, and by that i mean when the world ends. Broski literally studies, gets masters and phds in sciences and mechanics and all that just to get into NASA, then still kept trying, gathering the best and brightest around the world. I haven't gotten around to it but the review made it seem epic
