Looking at a Mythical creature form will instantly make you lose control and kill you if you're not a demigod yourself. But since they're in their human form right now, they only give out a suppressive effect that makes other people feel a little scared of them. Ordinary Beyonders Sequence 5 and below, like Loki, don't have such a form. They're mostly classified as ordinary humans with some superpowers, nothing too big.
