Haruto Hayashi, an ordinary child from our world, unfortunately transmigrated into the body of a young Haruto in the Shinobi world, an orphan and also a student at the shinobi academy who had zero talent for the way of the ninja unable to even knead a minuscule amount of chakra in his body.
Afraid of the woes of the shinobi world, and afraid of Danzo capturing him if he shows even a modicum of talent, Haruto joins the I.T department as a civilian staff in the work force, working as a data logger by day even though he has a powerful template system with several powerful characters backing him up from various worlds like Megumin from Konosuba, Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist, Unohana Retsu from Bleach and Ryomen Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen.
As Haruto faces the horrors of the shinobi world through his data logging job, he suddenly awakens a connection to the mysterious Dark God who provides him with the one thing he lacks, talent.
Now unafraid of being stomped back into the board as a wild nail before he even shines, Haruto moonlights and raises terror in the Shinobi world through a different identity, Ultra fighter, inventing so many wild jutsu that Madara is forced to admit that Haruto is the strongest.

Along the way since everyone is hugging Haruto’s thighs he carries the Shinobi world along with him sending it into a new age of progress.
