Honestly, I don't how do you plan to warp it with 300 chap if their length is roughly equal to the first one. Even if some arcs, mainly the animes only (Some of them are actually good and fit well) are skipped, there are still 687 chapters in the source material not counting the light novels and anime exclusive scenes. You can significantly shorten some lengthy flashbacks and boring or/and one-sided fights in a few lines. Still, making it a slow-paced fanfic with this much source material in 300 chapters of this length without a significant drop in quality sounds difficult but not impossible to me. If it were me (assuming that the length per chapter doesn't change) I would probably anticipate between 350-375 to maximum 500 (more than 450 seems unnecessary). Furthermore, from the way you wrote the first chapter I assume that its main target are bleach fans (like me) so you won't need to explain known concepts like Reiatsu, Reiryoku, Shikai Bankai etc... Some informations aren't well known from people other than hardcore fans (Like me too) like what Reimyaku is or the fact that Rarely Shihoin clan members are born with the ability to shapeshift into specific animals. These things require either having seen or read everything or a bit of digging (Wiki or Kubo's club outside page Q&A). Although I ain't extremely picky about details, some are. I'm writing this when only the first chapter is out, so I am eager to see the next chapters, the first one is good so good luck !
The whole point to me is for him to have a different perspective from second life MCs. This is a core aspect to my story.
Personally, I like this FIC, so don't worry about it. You don't have to pressure you for this.
Thought to be fair, We don't have many reference on the exact value of Yuls. The only one I remember is that the base salaries for the magic knights seem 200k a month.
The man made a fortune
Frankly, I think their income is far more than that
