most probably. He was the student of tobirama and no way he didn't have sealing jutsu from the uzumakis. It's just that it wasn't specify when and how he got the seal, so i just made it so he didn't have it yet
However, recruiting won't be easy since I currently lack the cursed tongue eradication seal. I've been striving to obtain the seal as it would be incredibly beneficial. It's through experience with their environment. He now has the body of Danzo, meaning he would know everything that Danzo have done, as he has his brain. By the time the mc died, he was 17 years old, while danzo was in his later ages, I highly doubt a 17 year old kid would have a "stronger" personality than a guy who literally fought and killed for his village
