Exactly my point. Her death was a stepping stone, meaning if she hadn't died, Jake would never have reached the point where he is now.
Or it would have taken him quite a while to get there.
I won't say I didn't like her character, but I just feel like someone like her would Jake back and he won't be able to unlock his full potential. So in other words I concur to her death.
This Sasha chick is sus. Man, I'm just saying I don't trust her.

Great book. Just finished reading the last chapter. I also like the new Jake and am I the only one who enjoyed Cat's death? I can tell it's a really good book. Kudos to the author.
