no, he is 6k years old, and he knew about the monsters that crippled vampire race, vlad tepes only exist in recent history. none of the gods who he is friends with do not know his real name. as vlad is 6k years old, why would he be traveling the space and found nightingale in a different sector? he has at least found nightingale planet for atleast 3k to 5k years. space flight between sectors is like not possible as far how the story has progressed. and I do not believe vlad can travel the void between sectors when even victor was harmed by that when ikor punched him from edge to nightingale.
