When I saw the title evil monarch I thought i would’ve gotten a genuinely evil mc.However in the very first chapter it’s talking about how he won’t accept a mission to kill homeless man and only kill those that deserve it tf isn’t he just a fucking hero and about how he doesn’t like to see others being suppressed .sigh don’t you guys know wah evil means 💀
