I like the Grand Blue series and honestly, although very detailed, it is readable as a pastime..........................................................
Not bad at first, but the plot gets more complicated around chapter 200, becoming difficult to follow. I'd prefer something light and relaxing at times, even if it's mixed with drama or other genres.

Honestly, the idea wasn't bad. A story with original co-protagonists with unique and interesting personalities, and a backstory that isn't superficial. But ultimately, the dark, slow-paced, and plot-driven drama genre, with Mc having weak abilities, isn't my thing; I prefer a more relaxed and controlled pace. Mc isn't weak, honestly, but compared to the others and thrown into various plots and attacks, he genuinely seems like a pig being slaughtered. The impression is completely disappointing, given that so far he seems to be passively submitting without being able to do much. The plot deviates from the series, attempting to be as independent as possible by using only original characters. Honestly, they could have done without them. At first, I thought Kushina would be there, and I expected to see a predictable but beautiful first meeting, followed by the eventual attainment of the power of the Nine-Tails, but so far, none of that has happened. CAP.67+
The timeline doesn't match. Kushina met Minato after the Second World War, when he was still a student.
I'll add that there's no romance, so it would be best to remove the tag. So far, I haven't seen any relevant canonical main or secondary characters from the Pokémon series. Cap.50+
So far, the plot has been slow but steady. But I'd say that Mc, with his special ability, which honestly doesn't seem like much to me, is doing a great job for a normal person. I honestly expected MC to become stronger or for his Pokémon to become much more powerful thanks to that measly ability, but honestly, I only see a modest improvement. Even though the author differentiates the strength of Pokémon with a detection device, I honestly don't see much improvement, especially considering it took him so many years. Maybe I'm the one who demands MC with Op Abilities or at least one that makes his life easier, but honestly, it feels more like reading a story about a naive farmer who somehow uses a good but not very strong ability. But in the end, the story isn't bad, considering there are no inconsistencies.
I don't understand why he's wasting his time on school, given that he already has a master's degree. Honestly, he could just take the diploma exams to pass and advance.
