in the anime i believe he was carrying the blades in a bag and only put them on once he was attacked the give away should of been the method of pushing up his glasses and the blades be hidden in the house somewhere

id consider actually scaring kizaru a feat considering that light is kinda broken as a logia and i find it hard to believe that an admiral level fighter could only use it for things like lasers and speed seems kinda sus considering
