It's actually based on experience just as Gun said it's hard to control UI and take years to actually get a grasp on it.

I actually didn't say anything on this chapter but MC realized that if he wants to be truly overpowered he would learn and master more skills before buying the instinct thingy (Cuz Ultra Instinct will make you far more overpowered if your highly skilled, And it's vice versa when your weak.)

I'm planning on creating a new chapter tmr, Because as I said, I'm busy with school lately and can't focus on writing this Fan-Fiction (If I can't get a good schedule and if my prof will give me more work to do I'll have no choice but to drop it, But so far so good.)
